Madonna’s failed attempt to adoped Mercy James in Malawi, will be appealed on May 4th 2009 in the courts of Malawi. Three judges will hear her plea on why they should allow her to adopt Mercy James from an orphanage, even without her living their for the required amount of time. She is reportedly doing everything she can in order to get the ruling over turned and so she can adopt Mercy James. Read more
