Madonna is attempting to adopt, from Malawi, her second child which will be ruled on Friday in Malawian’s court. The petition fro adopting 4-year-old, Mercy James. Madonna’s adoption was also critical of her son David Banda, which is also Malawian, some human group rights was opposed from southern African country.
Government authorities was given the singer’s special treatment for skirting laws and it has nonresidents for adopting children from Malawia. One Madonna’s lawyer said outside courtroom, in comments, that singer asked the court for granting her an adoption of 18 months. Local newspaper has quoted Madonna, she said that her friends from Malawia said to her that her son David needs brother or sister.
